Paul John - That Boutique-Y Whisky Company Batch #3 2012 6 year old Whisky This is an Indian Single Malt Whisky produced by Paul John Distilleries. Thanks to the warmer climate, the Angels' Share (the rate of evaporation of whisky from the cask its maturing in) is quite a bit higher. This was naturally the inspiration in the label design.Expect aromas of smoky peat, caramel and a hint of sea salt. On the palate there are notes of chocolate ice-cream (with dark chocolate chips), joined by another waft of peaty embers. Red berries topped with brown sugar and a crack of black pepper on the finish.
