Flying Dutchman Rum 4 Year Old - Batch 2 (That Boutique-y Rum Company) Modern flair meets tradition in ’s begins life as imported molasses, which is then treated to long fermentation with multiple yeast strains, as well as double distillation in its pot stills, and then maturation for four years at source in a very old ex-solera oloroso sherry cask, before being shipped to the UK for bottling.
