That Boutique-y Gin Company's aGeINg is something that ought to be very intriguing to the inquisitive gin nerd. You see, cask-aged gin is great, but sometimes you might think the cask-ageing has gone on a bit too long or perhaps not long enough with certain gins. With aGeINg, you pop that (purposefully) charred stick into the bottle of gin and let it impart its oak-y deliciousness. Once it has achieved a flavor profile to your liking, plainly remove the stick to arrest the process.
