Matured in an American Oak cask, then finished in a Marsala cask for over ten years. On the nose there is aromas of sweet barbeque smoke and spices. Flavours of juicy sweet malt with peat ash and brown sugar coat the palate. The finish is long and warming with lingering smoke and more fruit.
