Glencadam - Reserva PX Cask Finish Whisky Glencadam Reserva PX Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been created in small batches by their Master Distiller, who has carefully selected single malt matured in exceptional American oak ex-bourbon casks from our historic dunnage warehouses. The single malt in these casks has been expertly married then finished in hand selected Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts from Andalucía, Spain. Glencadam Reserva PX has been bottled at 46% alc/vol, at natural colour and is non-chill filtered. Tasting Notes: Nose: Rich aromas of Christmas pudding, dried figs and dark chocolate bound with cedar and clove spices. Taste: Sweet layers of maple syrup, treacle toffees and prunes mingled with maraschino cherries, brandy butter and Black Forest Gateaux. Finish: Warming impressions of cinder toffee, fruit cake and crystallised ginger tailing off into a cherry jam and espresso coffee linger. Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
