The casks were produced to Gordon & MacPhail's exact specifications. Delivering a complex, rich and elegant Whisky with sweet sherry influences ‐ and an intriguing air of mystery.Nose: stewed fruit notes combined with apple, roasted nuts and subtle chocolate. Honey comb and dried apricot notes are present.Palate: Spicy to start, followed by blackberry, raspberry and apple. Milk chocolate, tangerine and oak also come to the fore.Finish: Medium finish with hints of menthol and lasting cocoa.
