A new depth of character has been achieved by finishing our maritime spirit in Plantation Rum Casks predominantly from the Caribbean, including from the island countries of Jamaica, Trinidad, and Barbados.Tasting Notes:Nose: Initially detect salted caramel and sea-spray giving way to charred pineapple, vanilla fudge and stone fruitsPalate: Thick and mouth-coating with caramel and BBQ’d banana balanced by toasted oak and peated Malt.Finish: Lingers long with candied ginger, brown sugar and just a touch of smoke.
