Description

Glenkinchie - Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky Tasting Notes:Nose: Crisp, yet well-formed, and complex. Nicely balanced between the drier notes from the wine and sweeter, nutty notes of barley and cask wood.Taste: Lightly oily, and sweetly malty in taste to start, then soon spicy, with rich dried fruit hints of raisin and date. Creamy-smooth, the lightly grapey sweetness is crisply balanced by warming wood-spice as it dries from mid-palate on.Finish: Really long, attractively drying and oaky, while lightly white pepper-spicy. Appealing aftertaste.
