This cask strength, 11 year old Glen Elgin aged in an oak Hogshead with only 301 bottles produced. Nose: Orchard fruits, shortbread and vanilla Palate: Green apple and pear with a crisp, creamy texture Finish: Medium with white pepper, floral honey and a slowly receding gentle sweetness Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
