Jura - Connoissuers Choice - Cask #1883 1992 28 year old Whisky From Gordon & Macphail's 'Private Collection', a unique collection of greatly aged single malts from celebrated, little known and closed distilleries in Scoltand. Here we have a 28 year old single malt from Jura distillery aged in Refill American Hogshead's with only 173 bottles produced from its 1883th cask. Nose: Honeysuckle and sweet green apples alongside vanilla, hazelnut chocolate and tropical peach and banana Palate: More fruity notes such as watermelon and pear balanced with black pepper, hazelnuts, malt biscuit and subtle herbal notes Finish: Light and delicate finish with almonds and soft spice Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
