Balcones - Brujeria 10th Anniversary Sherry Finished Single Malt Whiskey Brujeria is a Single Malt expression from Texas distillery Balcones, finished in Oloroso and PX sherry casks. Released as part of the distilleries 10th anniversary, Brujeria roughly translates as “witchcraft" and the whisky is said to be sweet and rich with a medium finish that fades to white pepper & black tea finish. Official Tasting Notes Nose - Date syrup, wine cellar, old furniture, smoked walnut, bacon wrapped fig, strike anywhere match Palate - Black bean paste, minced meat pie, shitake, pecan pie filling, lapsang souchong Finish - Sweet and rich, medium finish fades to white pepper and black tea Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
