Craigellachie - Private Collection - Single Cask #1610 1970 50 year old Whisky Aroma: Sweet Toffee aromas lead to soft milk chocolate and toasted oak. Hints of red apple come to the fore alongside subtle salted caramel.Taste: Smooth and fresh mint flavours combine with watermelon ans subtle sweet tobacco. A hint of beeswax polish leads to dark honey and toasted almond.Finish: A medium finish with cracked black pepper which softens to mature oak and lingering aniseed.
