Matured in a refill Bourbon barrell and bottled at cask strength. his had a very small out turn of just 124 bottles.Supplier Tasting NotesAroma - Like a summers picnic; creamy vanilla and peaches sit alongside aromas of apple, pear and marzipan while floral undertones of gorse flower, honeysuckle, and violet mingle together.Taste - Creamy and sweet; butter candies transform into warming aniseed, leading into fresh passion fruit, lychee, and vibrant grapefruit flavours.Finish - Warming pepper leads to lingering chocolate and oak.
