In March 2022, Douglas Laing bottled it for the Old Particular Fanatical About Flavour series, with just 363 bottles at 48.4% ABV.Nose: Tangy underripe kiwi, oak spice, and lemon peel.Palate: Subtle mineral notes, with woody vanilla pod and crisp apple.Finish: Spiced orchard fruits and a hint of orange marmalade.
