Macallan - Sherry Oak Highland Single Malt 2023 Release 30 year old Whisky The Macallan Sherry Oak 30 Years Old forms part of Macallan's Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. Deliciously smooth with a long, rich finish, the natural dark mahogany colour of the 30 Years Old is the richest in the range.As always, this is presented in a luxurious wooden box and the iconic ribbon wrapped around the bottle, which has been featured in other rare Macallan releases.Colour: Dark mahogany.Nose: Honeyed figs and dates with hints of caramelised pineapple and chocolate orange.Palate: Rich fruit cake and prunes with stem ginger, cinnamon and orange essence leading to gentle toasted oak.Finish: Long and rich with oak, spice and orange.
