This farming approach begins with organic principles, then goes further to restore and enrich the soil, producing exceptionally high-quality crops. By purchasing and distilling barley from the carbon-negative Yatesbury House Farm, Bruichladdich supports regenerative agricultural systems and demonstrates the profound connection between farmer and glass through a whisky that embodies sustainability and innovation.On the nose, the whisky reveals notes of peach, vanilla custard, and candied orange, leading to a succulent mouthfeel complemented by caramel chocolate and gentle oak.When water is added, floral tones of honeysuckle, rose, and geranium unfold on the palate, followed by a finish of citrus notes, marine air, and toffee.
