If you love whiskies that pack a punch then this is the dram for you! Bottled at a mightly 60% ABV this is a bold and assertive whisky packed with flavour.
Nose - Complex, oaky with apples and pears and a tempting dark toffee sweetness.
Palate - Dry and assertive. The flavours develop quickly to reveal a rich spiciness, combined with a hint oak and sherried fruit.
Finish - Amazingly smooth for the strength. Wonderfully warming with a lingering spiciness, yet very rounded.
