Fettercairn - Wemyss Malts - Zest & Zeal Single Cask 2007 15 year old Whisky Zest and Zeal is a smooth celebration of sweet citrus and sherbert with a dry woody finish.  Nose: The first nose is sweet and malty – lemon curd, sugared almonds and zesty dried lemon peel – with a light floral note behind. Palate: The taste is sweetish to start, drying with nuts, biscuits. Replicating the palate with strong citrus flavours, think lemon posset or baked lemon cheesecake. Finish: Dries in the lengthy, nutty finish. A good general purpose malt. Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
