Billy, who is passionate about sourcing unique and innovative casks from niche producers, personally sought out this extraordinary Premier Cru Classé from France (2011 #1036). Premier Cru Classé is a French wine classification relating to the most well-respected vineyards and highly-coveted wines of Bordeaux. Aging our complex GlenAllachie spirit in this red wine cask brings elegant notes of ripe red berries, sugared almondsand sweet cinnamon. Tasting Notes Colour: Ruby Blush. Nose: Bursting with apple peel, cinnamon and heather honey, with rose petals, dark chocolate and Turkish delight. Taste: Waves of butterscotch, honeysuckle and mint, followed by bursts of strawberry, ginger and almonds. Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
