These unbanded scaffold boards have been designated as factory rejects due to a range of defects that do not meet the quality standards for construction use. While these issues prevent them from being used as intended in scaffolding applications, they may still be suitable for alternative uses where structural integrity is not a primary concern. Defects may include: Blue Stain: A discolouration resulting in a bluish or grayish hue within the wood. Splits/Cracks: These may be found throughout, indicative of internal stresses or drying defects.
