Edradour - 200th Anniversary Pedro Ximénez Cask Matured 2015 10 year old Whisky In 2025, Edradour celebrated two centuries of trailblazing tradition with a selection of anniverary bottlings.This limited release was distilled in 2015 and matured exclusively in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts for 10 years, before bottling in 2025. Non-chill-filtered and natural in colour, it delivers profound aromas of molasses, dark chocolate and polished oak, while the palate reveals luscious fig rolls, treacle toffee, sultanas and warming spice.
