Braeval - Small Batch Bottlers Single Cask Scotch 2000 21 year old Whisky ​Allowed to mature for 21 years in a single hogshead cask, this Single Malt was distilled at Braeval in 2000. Only 284 bottles were produced, and bottled at cask strength. The cask has imparted notes of toffee and sweet fruit with a dusting of powdered ginger.Nose: Toffee and sweet fruit with a dusting of powdered ginger.Palate: Honey, Christmas cake and oil of cloves with delightful overtones of ginger and cinnamon.Finish: Long and lingering.
