Talisker 8 Year Old (Special Release 2020) An intriguing Talisker release from Diageo’s 2020 Special Releases, this 8-year-old single malt was uniquely matured in ex–pot still Caribbean rum casks—a first for the distillery. Bottled at cask strength, it offers notes of ripe banana funk, a hint of engine oil, and a distinctive meaty mezcal character. A whisky well worth exploring!
