She also wears odd rainbow socks as a tribute to World Down's Syndrome day. Rosie Boo Lottie Doll comes beautifully presented in a bright coloured box. Rosie Boo has soft, premium saran nylon hair (with reduced tangle) and is made from phthalate-free vinyl plastic.
