Deep, sloped sides and a wide base provide space for tossing and sautéing, and the tempered glass lid and helper handle add control. Suitable for all hobs and oven-safe to 260°C, it's a high-performance staple for modern kitchens. Tri-Ply + Non-Stick Coating: Aluminium core between stainless steel layers for rapid, even heating; PFAS-free XERADUR 5 ceramic coating offers durable, easy-release cooking. Generous 28cm Design: Deep sides and wide surface make stir-frying, searing, and shallow frying simple and contained. Healthy Ceramic Coating: PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium-free - cook cleanly and safely with less oil and easier cleanup.
