Dryzone Mould-Resistant Emulsion Paint is a premium, low-odour interior coating developed to prevent black mould even in high-condensation environments. It combines advanced paint-film protection with modern emulsion technology to offer long-term hygiene and a durable decorative finish.The paint is fully washable and dries to a breathable surface that resists moisture retention, helping prevent recurrence of mould on walls and ceilings. It is ideal for use in homes, social housing, kitchens, bathrooms and commercial buildings with poor ventilation.Dryzone Mould-Resistant Emulsion Paint can be applied over all standard undercoats and dries quickly under normal conditions. Each litre covers up to 12 m². It is available in Brilliant White and Magnolia, in both 1-litre and 5-litre formats.For best results, prepare surfaces according to good decorating practice. Remove loose material and biological growth. If treating mould, pre-clean using Dryzone 100 Mould Sanitiser and allow the area to dry thoroughly. Apply two coats by brush or roller. Ensure surface temperatures are between 10–25 °C. Touch dry in 2–4 hours depending on conditions.Dryzone Mould-Resistant Emulsion Paint should not be overpainted or wallpapered. When applied correctly, it provides up to 5 years’ protection against black mould in condensation-prone areas.
