Milling the seeds into meal gives your body access to the amazing nourishment stored within. Two tablespoons of Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal contains 1,800mg of Omega-3 (ALA) and 5 grams of fibre. That is why Bob's Red Mill don’t make compromises or cut corners. Their proprietary flax milling machinery keeps the meal cool, which preserves the freshness of those precious oils.
