Create a world of make believe! Children will love this stunning Loft playhouse which has 2 floors to add to the excitement, the upper floor being reached by a small flight of steps. The upstairs area measures 830mm x 1720mm and is complete with timber balustrade. Measuring 2390 x 1790mm overall this playhouse will give many years of enjoyment. The four windows are safety glazed and the door has a full length piano hinge to avoid trapped fingers; the playhouse is CE approved. The Loft is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, northern European pine. The playhouse comes with a base coat applied ready for you to complete with your own top coat; if you can decide on a colour! (Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot, please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given) Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation. Proudly made in Britain from high grade pine Safety Tested to BS EN 71 (CE) Loads of space and even a second floor! Full instructions, fixing kit and mineral felt included All framing either 34mm or 44mm. All stock internally stored. All timber grown far North for highest quality. Please Note:- Our estimated lead times are for the delivery of the product only. If you add an assembly service to your order, this will extend the lead times.
