Description
The Lodge creates a stunning feature in your garden as well as providing a substantial playhouse that certainly has the Wow factor! The only drawback with The Lodge is persuading your child to come out! The Lodge has two floors, the upper floor being reached by a small flight of steps, for endless fun. The loft area is situated above the verandah so the height of the main space is not compromised. The covered verandah provides cover even on a wet day for year round use as well being an exciting feature. It is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the windows are glazed with styrene. It is manufactured in T&G (shiplap) timber from high grade, slow grown, approved, northern European pine. The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation. The floor of the playhouse is tongue and groove timber as is the roof which is covered with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. This playhouse requires self-assembly using the instructions supplied; fixings and roof felt are provided. It will require two to three people. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive tracking information. Please Note:- Our estimated lead times are for the delivery of the product only. If you add an assembly service to your order, this will extend the lead times. Prior to the assembly of your garden building, we will need to ensure that you have a suitable base in situ, we will contact you to check this and once this has passed, we will contact you to book the delivery and assembly service.
