The Lodge really is the ultimate playhouse. Your lucky child will proudly give their friends a guided tour of this impressive building, it is a dream house for all children. The Lodge creates a stunning feature in your garden as well as providing a substantial playhouse that certainly has the Wow factor! The only drawback with The Lodge is persuading your child to come out! The Lodge has two floors, the upper floor being reached by a small flight of steps, for endless fun. The loft area is situated above the verandah so the height of the main space is not compromised. The covered verandah provides cover even on a wet day for year round use as well being an exciting feature. Handmade in the UK with high grade shiplap timber over sturdy 34 mm framing with T&G roof and floor. This playhouse complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the 5 windows are glazed with acrylic. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
