The REC100 is an all-inclusive plug-and-play microphone designed to get anyone set up in record time. With simple cable connection and a handy clamped desk mount, the REC100 adds high-fidelity audio recording to your PC with no driver downloads needed.
Included is the cardioid polar pattern microphone, perfect for focused and minor peripheral audio, as well as an articulating boom arm, desk clamp, anti-shock holster and pop filter panel. This suite of accessories allow even an amateur to position the microphone correctly, with minimal interference or artifacts in the final recording.
The REC100 is suitable for music performances or large groups thanks to a maximum accurate recording range of 120dB, and an SNR of 78dB. This means recordings are accurate at any realistic volume, with background signal noise barely audible. Using any number of free or paid recording software, you can manipulate the recording how you like and easily remove any signal noise that snuck through, as it will be negligible in volume compared to the content of the recording.
The REC100 is USB powered to make set-up and use as easy as possible. There's no need to run the microphone through a mixer or recording desk, it can be plugged right into your laptop or PC. Whether you're a first-time musician, streamer or even working from home, the REC100 is designed to be setup as quick and easily as possible, without needing knowledge of recording techniques or technology.
Please note: Microphone settings and functions are dependent on the recording software and PC used, not the microphone itself. If you encounter low recording volumes, please ensure you raise the microphone volume and boost settings on your computer and in your recording software.
