This supplement is intended exclusively for people who want to lower their blood cholesterol levels. The consumption of more than 3g per day of added plant sterols should be avoided. Patients on cholesterol lowering medication should only consume this product under medical supervision. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet including regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels.Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years. Do not exceed 800mg of EGCG per day. Do not take if consuming other sources of green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not exceed recommended daily dose and no more than 3mg of monacolins per day. Not to be consumed if already taking products containing red yeast rice or alongside any other cholesterol lowering medication.If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or under medical supervision it is advisable to consult a GP prior to taking any supplements. Discontinue use and consult a GP if adverse reactions occur. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use if seal is broken. Always check the label before use, especially if you have allergies or special dietary needs.
