Description
The DTA300 TV aerial is August's most powerful and long-range TV receiver.Featuring an inbuilt signal booster, the DTA300 achieves up to 28dB of high gain reception (compared to 3dB without the amplifier!).This means the DTA300 can pick up TV reception from further away, and with less interference. The booster makes the DTA300 directional, however, so please ensure the aerial is pointed the correct direction (You can rotate the unit and scan for channels each time, if you are not able to identify the bearing to your nearest TV tower).The powered antenna comes with an inbuilt foot for vertical or horizontal standing, as well as the coaxial and power cables needed to use the device.Plug the DTA300 into a powered socket, and then into the coaxial aerial port on a TV, USB Tuner or Set Top Box to scan for over 100 Freeview and Freeview HD channels.The DTA300 also comes with an LTE-filter. This allows the aerial to receive TV without interference from LTE devices (Bluetooth, mobile phones, etc) allowing you to use this antenna for public bars, hotel lobbies, and the like.Please note that the range to the nearest transmitter and natural blockades such as thick brick walls will still affect reception, even with the booster enabled.
