August DTA300B – High-Gain Amplified TV Aerial
The DTA300B TV aerial is August’s most powerful and long-range TV receiver.
Featuring an inbuilt signal booster, the DTA300B achieves up to 28dB of high-gain reception (compared to just 3dB without the amplifier).
This means the DTA300B can pick up TV reception from further away with less interference. The booster makes the DTA300B directional, so please ensure the aerial is pointed in the correct direction. You can rotate the unit and rescan for channels each time if you cannot determine the bearing to your nearest TV tower.
The powered antenna includes an integrated stand for vertical or horizontal placement, as well as the necessary coaxial and power cables.
Simply plug the DTA300B into a powered socket and then connect it to your TV, USB tuner, or set-top box via the coaxial aerial port to scan for over 100 Freeview and Freeview HD channels.
The DTA300B also comes with an LTE filter to prevent interference from LTE-enabled devices such as Bluetooth accessories and mobile phones. This ensures a stable TV signal—ideal for use in homes, hotel lobbies, pubs, and public areas.
Please Note: The distance to the nearest transmitter and natural obstacles such as thick brick walls can still affect reception, even with the booster enabled.
