Description
The August DTA455 is a large, flat indoor aerial which can discreetly mount onto a wall or stand in the holder provided. This flat aerial design allows greater reception opportunities without needing a long, intrusive antenna pole.
The antenna achieves 5dB of high gain reception, which doesn't need any power input or amplifier. This means you can plug the coaxial aerial directly into your TV, USB Tuner or Set Top Box without needing to power the aerial separately.
Built for ease-of-use, simply plug the single 3m cable in, place the DTA455 somewhere high, or near a window / opening, and scan for channels! The long cable ensures you can place the aerial precisely where you need it for optimal reception.
Capable of receiving both DVB-T and DVB-T2 signal bands, this powerful aerial supports full HD reception and is compatible with 4K TVs, ensuring high-quality viewing experiences at home or on the go.
Please note that the DTA455 is an indoor aerial. If using with motorhomes and caravans, please ensure the unit remains indoors rather than placed on the roof as winds may damage the lightweight panel of the aerial. For best results, place the DTA455 in the window using the 3M sticky pads provided.
Please note that despite the large panel design and high gain, factors such as the distance to the transmitter, obstructions such as thick brick walls or some natural formations will still be liable to cause interference in certain locations. Always scan for channels to populate your EPG in a high-signal area before moving away and switching to the DTA455.
