The watch also has an auto repeat countdown timer for preset intervals, eg. medication every 4 hours. The audible alarm or vibrate can be set depending on your needs. Please note there is no text reminder on the display; just the audible/vibrating alerts.Up to 8 daily alarm settings preset for variable daily reminders, Each individual alarm can have alarm or vibrate - examples:7:00 am - wake up - audible7:10 am - eat breakfast - audible8:20 am - medication - vibration1.30 pm - eat lunch - vibration3:15 pm - medication - vibration6.30 pm - start dinner - audible9:30 pm - medication - vibrationLength the alarm vibrates/sounds for the 8 preset alarms – sound for 30 seconds or vibrations for 20 seconds with automatic shut off at the end of that time.
