Description

Calcium is essential for maintaining stable calcium levels in coral reef aquaria, ensuring a healthy environment for marine life. To prepare the solution, dissolve 50g of this product along with 10g of Magnesium Aquaforest in 1000ml of deionized water. For optimal results, also incorporate KH Buffer and Reef Mineral Salt Aquaforest to maintain ion equilibrium. The recommended calcium level for coral reef aquaria is between 400-440 mg/L and this product contains CaCl2. For U.S. users, combine 13 tablespoons of the product with 2.4 tablespoons of Magnesium Aquaforest in one US gallon of deionized water. Adding 10g of calcium to 100 liters of water increases the calcium levels by approximately 35 mg/L (ppm), while 100ml of this solution will raise the calcium concentration by 17.5 mg/L (ppm) in 100 liters of water.
