Description

Floats discretely on a pond's surface and helps eliminate incorrect feeding

The Bermuda Pond Thermometer enables you to accurately monitor the water temperature, which can be used as either free floating or anchored to a suitable weight using the nylon cord supplied.

Feeding fish the wrong type of fish food and quantity when the water is very cold can damage the fish as their metabolism cannot cope. Fish are cold-blooded so their metabolism varies with water temperature.

When the water temperature is between 10-12c feed 3 times a week with winter food, 2 times a week if it is 8-10c and 3-8c stop feeding.

In the summer when the water temperature is 25-30c you can feed as much as 3-4 times a day.
