Balfour English Mixed wine Case A mixed case of 3 of the most popular wines from the Balfour Winery based in Staplehurst, Kent, England🍾 2 x bottles of Balfour Skye's Chardonnay - This wine shows the perfect balance between a fresh fruity English Chardonnay and softer texture and creaminess you might expect from a wine from Europe. This wine is unoaked so that the citrus flavours typical of this varietal can be accentuated. It is fresh and bright, with a clean palate. During the production of the wine, there is extended lees aging and bâtonnage, which helps to soften the acidity, generally associated with English wines.🙌 2 x bottles of Liberty's Bacchus - An evolution of the English Bacchus style, using wild ferments and oak to add complexity, body and texture to the traditional Bacchus flavours of hedgerow and elderflower. An intense, fresh, complex wine that is perfect for drinking on its own but also wonderful with food.🌿 2 x bottles of Nannette's Rosé - A Provencal- style rosé with an added English twist. Created using a blend of grape varieties, all fermented separately and blended together to create a silky smooth rosé.
