This version has been updated with the added functionality to simultaneously watch and record live TV from two different channels! When your favourite shows clash, you don’t have to settle. You can watch both back-to-back by recording one while watching the other. Then, play the recorded show from the USB (not included) you connected to the DVB482. Easy To Use Retaining a simple plug-and-play setup using the provided power cable and your home coaxial aerial cable, you can be ready with Freeview HD in just a few minutes. Connect the Set Top Box with HDMI to enjoy full 1080p pictures on your TV. In dedication to making entertainment accessible to all, the DVB482 still includes a SCART port, too, so you can use your old SCART cables if your TV is not HDMI-ready. Access up to 120+ UK Freeview and Freeview HD channels, plus Freeview Radio Channels in the UK. Dual-Recording Feature With the DVB482, you can record one channel while watching and recording another channel at the same time, or set scheduled recording two channels simultaneously! Thus, you will never suffer from shows clashing, and you can instead watch them back-to-back. Create a personal local library of shows and films that you can save onto an inserted USB Stick. These will not be removed by a subscription service or taken down from the net. USB Sticks can be reformatted with the Set-Top Box itself.
