Consists of 3 fine white disposable pads and 1 carbon foam
Chemical filtration takes place through the black foam inside your fish pod moon filter
This foam is impregnated with carbon.the carbon will help remove odours,toxic heavy metals and chlorine ,water discolouration and unwanted treatments.
The carbon foam has a finite life span and should be replaced every 8 weeks
The white fine filter pads will remove these fine particles and will give your aquarium a sparklingly clean appearance.
The fine filter pads are dispoible and should be replaced every 2-4 weeks to ensure your filter operates at maximum efficiency.
If you find the pads blocking too frequently this may indicate over feeding or over stocking of fish
