Made from acrylic, this aquarium is 10 times stronger and 23% clearer than glass, ensuring both durability and superior visibility. Acrylic also acts as an excellent insulator, helping maintain water temperature more effectively than glass.
Enhancing the aquarium’s appeal is its long-lasting LED lighting system, featuring Multi-Colour Remote Controlled (MCR) technology. With 16 preset colors, adjustable brightness, and an automatic day-night cycle, the lighting creates a customizable ambiance to suit any mood or setting, promoting relaxation and well-being.
The biOrb LOOP is designed for functionality as well as beauty. Its advanced 5-step filtration system ensures clear, healthy water by combining biological, mechanical, and chemical filtration with water stabilization and oxygenation. The filter cartridge, conveniently located at the base of the aquarium, captures fish waste and is easy to replace during routine maintenance. Surrounding the filter cartridge is ceramic media, whose honeycomb structure supports beneficial bacteria that neutralize ammonia and nitrates, promoting a healthier aquatic environment.
Operating on a safe 12V transformer, the biOrb aquarium is energy-efficient and easy to maintain. A conveniently located feeding hole at the top simplifies daily feeding, while monthly maintenance typically requires just 15 minutes when using the biOrb Service Kit (sold separately).
