Buy a sliced loaf of bread, remove the seal, gently shake to separate the slices, re-seal with a clip seal and place in the freezer. Remove as many slices as required, either leave to naturally defrost or place in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to defrost, ready to use to either toast or prepare a lunchbox or picnic sandwich.
