Description
Top Velour from NeoNail is the latest hybrid topcoat that gives an even deeper matte effect and increases the durability of the hybrid varnish. Perfect for creating a variety of styles.It provides surface that is pleasant to the touch and allows you to create beautiful matte-shiny patterns.Suitable for applying over colored hybrid varnishes and effects. It can be used instead of a matte nail polish gel or acrylic.Do not use on classic nail polishApplication:1. Gently polish the nail with a polishing block.2. Apply a thin layer of HARD BASE and cure in the LED / UV lamp according to the table.3. Apply a layer of hybrid varnish in the selected color (preferably black) and cure again in an LED lamp or a UV lamp (the darker the color, the longer the curing time). Repeat the operation to obtain a depth of color.4. Apply a thin layer of TOP VELOR for a matte finish. Top should be cured for 30 seconds in a 48W LED lamp, 90 seconds in a 9W LED lamp, 2 minutes in a 36W UV lamp. The matt effect should be visible after removing your hand from the lamp. If the nails still shine - harden again. After curing, wait approx. 5 seconds and clean with a cleaner.In order to remove from hybrid nails, polish the top layer with a polishing block, then use acetone.After removing the hybrid manicure, it is worth performing a Japanese manicure. It gives the shine of a pink pearl, deeply nourishes the natural nail plate, strengthens it and provides it with natural ingredients (including vitamins A + E), keratin, bee pollen and silica from the Sea of Japan.
