Aber Falls Rhubarb & Ginger Gin [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]After a 100-year hiatus, Aber Falls has bought the tradition of distilling back to north Wales. It’s based at the foot of Aber Falls in Abergwyngregyn, which means the distillery has an exceptional water source. Recreating those Sunday lunch vibes, the nostalgic flavours of rhubarb and ginger crumble with a burnt sugar top note come through on the nose, with juicy, tart rhubarb the shining star. When drunk neat, we felt the tongue-tingling warmth from the ginger, backed up with just a touch of black pepper.
