Description
Amor D ua Grappa [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Grappa is a alcoholic beverage of Italian origin, existing from the middle ages and traditionally made using a by product of the wine making procress to create a pungent white brandy. It can have between 37.5% and 60% alcohol by volume and is similar to Spanish marc and Portuguese bagasseira. The beverage is made by the distillation of residues of grape marc (mainly the husks, but also the stalks and seeds) and was originally designed to avoid waste, using leftovers at the end of the wine-growing season.
