Description
Shield yourself from the sunshine all day long with the Aluminium Tilting Parasol with Crank Handle from Christow. Designed with a 2-metre canopy available in a choice of contemporary colors, it occupies less space than other parasols in the collection, making it ideal for smaller outdoor areas. The parasol features a crank mechanism for easy operation—simply wind the handle one way to open the canopy or turn it the other way to close it. A tilting mechanism allows you to angle the canopy and shield yourself from the setting sun; just pull the lever to tilt the canopy and protect your eyes from low-lying sun. The canopy is made from durable 180g polyester with a UPF 30+ rating, offering protection from harmful ultraviolet rays. An air vent helps reduce wind pressure to prevent the parasol from being pulled upwards while allowing heat to circulate, keeping the area underneath cooler. The pole is crafted from lightweight, hardwearing aluminum, making it much easier to move around your garden compared to the steel poles used in most parasols. The parasol is simple to assemble, with two pole sections that screw together. Assembly instructions are included, along with tips on how to care for your parasol. Please note that a parasol base is required to keep the parasol weighted. If you plan to use it with a table, an 11kg base is ideal; for use without a table, a 25kg base is recommended.
