The world's first turbocharged motorcycle born from Honda's challenging spiritThe Honda CX500 turbo was the world's first commercially available turbocharged motorcycle, which debuted at the 1980 Cologne Show. It features a water-cooled V-twin engine and a turbo unit jointly developed with Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries. Combined with Honda's unique computer-controlled fuel injection system, it produced 82 horsepower, and had the power of a 1-liter motorcycle despite its 500cc. Equipped with a pro-link suspension. The large cowling with square lights adds to the gorgeous mood. This bike will go down in the history of motorcycles in terms of both style and performance.About the Model?This is a 1/12 scale plastic model assembly kit of Honda CX500 Turbo, the world's first commercial turbo bike.?Length: 180mm, Width: 60mm, Height: 112mm.
