What better and more complimentary flavours could you have to combine, symbolic of the British landscape. Why Rum? Well why not, the natural sweetness of our Caribbean white rum base lends itself perfectly to the strong intense flavours of these beautiful fruit. Very much in the "spirit" (no pun) of innovation. Our Blackberry & Damson Rum sits perfectly mixed with 1 part rum to 3 parts tonic water or lemonade over ice with a couple of frozen blackberries for garnish.
