That's a built-in bowl rest! Simply hook this silicone kitchen spatula on your bowl and forget about it. Any drips will go back where they belong, leaving your work surface happy and unsplattered. Mucky whisk? You can use the notch to scrape those wires clean too. Like the rest of the range, it has a sturdy nylon core coated with hygienic, LFGB-grade silicone, giving it strength and flexibility in equal measure. Non-stick pans? No problem. The soft silicone won't scratch non-stick coatings. Turning up the heat? It's heat resistant to a whopping 260°C (500°F). It's stain resistant, odour resistant and dishwasher safe too, so clean-ups are a doddle. And of course, because it's Colourworks, it has that colour-popping look you know and love.
